Description
In this letter, Frank A. Arter writes to Rev. G. W. Gray informing him that he is unable to perform the work that Gray had requested of him. Arter tells Gray that he has been closely following the progress of the University and he hopes for its success. However, he has been "loaded down" with work for the Methodists in his city (Cleveland, Ohio) and cannot at present help Gray.
